Our advantages

Baltin is classified as a 4-star hotel, which is confirmed with an entry in the central registry maintained by the Ministry of Sport and Tourism. To achieve this status, we had to comply with a number of quality- and safety-related requirements. Many apartments on the market claim to offer a 4-star standard, which is, however, a huge difference.
We have built a boutique and intimate hotel, being very particular about details and finishes, while also trying to make it versatile – fit for various groups of Guests, from families with children to business guests. Every apartment buyer also becames a co-owner of common areas, which include e.g. swimming pool zone, conference room, playroom for children, as well as a dedicated parking spot. We treat all buyers fairly. The paid rent amount is annualy adjusted for inflation. Each purchased apartment is entered into the land and mortgage registered without any property charges, and with an indication of full property.
